shares with us about the importance of learning caregiving skills to prevent regrets and misunderstanding between family members.
Mr Chua Yee Howe, advisor of MASOC CARE
shares the fundamentals of setting up quality care centres for the benefit of our ageing communities emphasizing the importance of employing professionally trained caregivers.
YB LEE CHEAN CHUNG
giving out certificates to PJ Youth Beneficiaries who are the chosen finalists for the Caregiving Scholarship Program in Japan.
Together with YB Lee's support,
this scholarship initiative aims to provide a career pathway for Malaysian youths to pursue a professional caregiving career in the senior care industry.

Assoc Professor Dr Edward Foo Loke Min, advisor of MASOC CARE gave a 2-Part talk highlighting the ageing crisis and senior care opportunities for fellow Malaysians.
He explained to us the realities of an ageing society that if we do not act now, our golden years will be greatly affected.
To overcome this crisis, he provided 3 solutions namely:

By learning quality caregiving skills our aim is to help the PJ Community protect their golden years better and to also explore an alternative career in senior care industry.
Jeremy Leng, General Manager played the moderator role during the Panel Sharing with Premraj, Dr Zulkarnain and Mr Chua.
He helped the program participants to consolidate the key points from the respective speakers. Here he is showing the audience Boonbak Emina Care Centre, a quality care centre based in Ipoh Perak that practises KAIGO Methodology.
Here we see many program participants asking questions on how to get equipped with the KAIGO Caregiving Skills and the potential job opportunities upon graduation.
Mr Chua sharing more with a program participant who is interested to know how to get involved in the senior care industry.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
27 March 2024; MASOC CARE strengthens their efforts to improve senior care standards in Petaling Jaya through a MOU Signing with YB Lee Chean Chung.

Through this collaboration, both parties will host senior care awareness and training programs for the community which will provide new job opportunities for many.
