Redefining the ageing concept
among the Malay Community
En. Khairul kickstarting the night by introducing Dr. Mohammad Zulkarnain, a certified KAIGO Trainer from MASOC CARE to educate the Malay Community.
Dr Zulkarnain introduced the concept of KAIGO which is the senior care methodology practiced by Japanese caregivers and their elderly.
Dr Zulkarnain emphasized on the importance of elderly independence as they age to maintain their pride & dignity.
Dr Zulkarnain answering a range of questions from the audience surrounding matters related to healthy living, mindfulness and dealing with anxiety etc.
